+2. I get to sick of using the bags and particles escaping regardless. I got a screen on the bottom of my kettle to help filter which is a bonus.

Definitely recommend secondary do it for every beer I make. Most people I brew with does it to. If you properly clean and sanitize and do it thoroughly no real risk of infection. Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

I made mine I brew in my Apt and attached to my sink theres an adapter that makes Sink to Hose attachment than u just buy the female hose attachment and place in the hose! Made mine for around 50$ (CAD). Works awesome

IMO I did a black IPA and did my sugar calculations and I tried a bottle right at 2 weeks after 3 days in the fridge low carb - now its 3.5 weeks and the bottles are much better after sitting in the fridge for 3 days so i generally leave a little longer. ITs a Black IPA that I did !
