I'm thinking of doing pressurized fermentations and was wondering if anyone else has with the brewpi. I was thinking of taping and insulating the beer sensor on the side of the keg. Just not sure if the keg would be more like ambient temp as opposed to beer temp.

I'd love to see a write up on using the tablet and an arduino running flow meters if it's been done.

If you can afford a 15 gal kettle; I would go with that. I find that even doing only 5 gal batches I need 9 gal of water. You will need to be quite careful with the 10 gal pot but the 15 will be just the right size to fit grain and water and no worries of boil over.
