My first attempt at this Recipe and a Cider. I must say that I'm very impressed. I will certainly always have this brewing at all times. Mine is not near as clear. I did use Nottingham. Here it is after a good two months from the Keg.

Interesting, I wonder if this $1200 insurance policy is required for all clubs?
