I am making my first apfelwein and was planning on kegging it. Was thinking that I wanted to back sweeten to make it semi dry rather than dry. I made a 5 gal batch. How much sugar should I use? Do I need to do anything to keep it from fermenting the the sugar added to back sweeten.

I have not had it yet but will definately look for it the next time I go to the store.

I would return it and get a different size but they don't carry a distributor with 5/16" barbs. So I am putting it on here to sell it so that I can buy a new one.

I have a 4 way gas distributor for sale that is brand new. Bought it from Rebel Brewer and was just going to finish my keezer and realized the barbs are the wrong size for the hose and keg fittings that I already have. It has 1/4" barbs...
