    AG for DIY Retard

Have you considered Boil in a Bag (BIAB) method? You could eliminate one of the tiers, maybe 2, and eliminate one of the burners and still not need a pump nor would you need to lift several gallons of hot wort. The only tricky part is getting the heavy, wet grain out of your vessel but most...

    DIY Walk In Cooler Build

Such an awesome build, nice craftsmanship in every step. As for Austin, definitely hit some of the craft breweries there, just google Austin craft breweries for a listing. You can also try this bar called Austin Brew Exchange, think real-time fluctuating beer prices like a stock exchange...

    Brew-Magic Basement Brewery

That is one sexy beast! Love the solution for the vent hood. With all that air moving around and all the floaties (wild yeast, bacteria, etc), have you thought about how you will transfer from the kettle to your fermenter? I'd recommend some type of closed system to make sure they don't get...

    Noob kegging question

How long are your beer lines? Are they cooled too? Short or hot beer lines can cause excessive foaming.

1st Brew Ever - Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier

You are correct that the reason you boil your priming solution is to sanitize it. All this means is that you added unsanitized water and DME to your mostly fermented beer. Depending on your water supply and how you stored & handled your DME, coupled with the fact that your beer now has alcohol...

    KrameBar (basement build)

I like it. Kinda funky and it fits in with the rest of your basement. Nice job.

    My All grain rig

If you're building your system around your existing stand, you may want to buy just the bare essentials of what you need to brew, see how it all works together, then you can really nail down the design. Keep us posted.

My very first "Should I pitch it Thread"

I'd just let it finish out and see how it tastes. It could end being a nice session beer, or a beer the BMC drinkers enjoy. If it doesn't have a lot of flavor, throw some fruit in or dry hop it. You could also try concentrating it by freezing it and removing the ice. Let us know how it turns...
