I tig welded ¼-20 nuts on the bottom of the throttles to attach to the tap handles. Good luck. Let me see when you get it done.

Just used Mosaic hops for the first time and love the flavor and especially the aroma they give our IPA. Maybe not as bitter as others...smooth aromatic. Dry hopped with 1oz of Mosaic also.

What pro's/con's are there to using Malt extract for priming a Porter in the bucket before bottling versus normal priming sugar? LHBS suggested the malt.... Thanks!

On this same subject...are there any problems with filling properly sanitized bottles right from my corny keg tap and then the beer staying properly carbonated in the bottle after it is sealed? My friends and I that have started brewing all grain are kegging the beer but also want to easily...

Awesome! Brewing first batch of all grain tomorrow. This will be an added treat for my 100 lb Boxer...he would eat a bowling ball if I gave it to him.

I am going to make a cutout and build a small drip tray down into the bottom and attach the line to the sink a couple feet away.
