How on earth do I clean and seal the black plastic of my kegs? The plastic/rubber leaves streak marks all over the kitchen floor, in my kegerator and makes my hands black.

How about a whole-house ozone generator? You can rent them. You would need to do this before you move in because high concentrations of ozone are not good for people or pets.

Congrats! I bought my wife her second roaster for Christmas... a Behmor. It took a half dozen roasts before she hot it right. Her first was a Fresh Roast which has worn out. I'm starting to take notes and learn the ways of the bean.
