Yeah it's unfortunate south florida seems to be full of dependent individuals on pre-packaged goods and services. It seems its generally beneath them to do something for themselves. This is why these diy or hobby community based services tend to not stick around for much time.

It looks spicy but it really isn't, the pepper flakes are a bit deceiving. I just leave it on my counter. My room temp is at 76, but I've never really had any issues with temperatures and the flavor of the veggies.

Is that with the 1.5" tri clover element connector? They carry a 2" version I guess for that reason, but I wouldn't know for sure. I use a 1500W element on mine.
