    Hello all, I'm looking for a little advice. I am planning on doing an oatmeal stout soon. I have seen a few forums that say to do a mash for the oatmeal to get the best results. What are your suggestions on how to do this? I have never done a mash before. Any advice would be much appreciated.

    Honey Brown Ale

    I'm just getting ready to start my second brew a NB honey brown ale. I'm just looking for some suggestions on fermenting temps, brewing technique, or any additions that would make this beer better. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
