I upgraded my rig and don't need my old igloo mash cooler. I was doing up to 30-34 pound grain bills in it.. She got too close to the burner a few times. I built the manifold and it worked so nicely I can't throw it away. Pretty sure a 50/50 oat/wheat grain bill wouldn't get stuck in this mf...
You can see I've added the sweet 12 gallon volume marker, then pics of the inside top edge and bottom. The stainless steel ball valve will come with it. I bought it from aih a couple seasons ago as is, it's served well.
I just bottled this last night, sample tasted good. I was going to make another batch for October but now I'm thinking just hold onto it till then. Anyone age this for 4+ months?
