My GF girlfriend and I tried brewing igliashon's no-nonsense oatmeal stout yesterday and the OG was at 1.080! I'm pretty sure I nailed down why, but my question is should I pick up and pitch a second package of S04 asap? Can one package handle a gravity that high?

The reason I converted my danby was because I already had it. It was my dorm fridge from college. If you've got the money to shell out for a legit kegerator, then that is awesome.
I used a Danby DCR412BLS which is 4.3 cu. ft. Had to remove the door shelving and bend the freezer shelf so that its flush against the back wall. It fits two 5 gallon ball lock kegs.
I'm hoping to try brewing a GF beer for my recently GF girlfriend. She used to drink stouts and porters (her favorite being Atwater's Vanilla Java Porter). My LHBS carries only White Sorghum and rice syrup solids. Where are you guys finding brown rice syrup, millet, and buckwheat?
