Il try a berry one! We have a local farm nearby and im sure they freeze there fruit! Are they just as good when they have been frozen?

Have made two batches of concentrate wine so far and both have turned out well so im thinking of trying a fruit wine next. What fruit is best and what type of that fruit please? An easy one woukd be great!! Muchos :)

M racking my wine fir the first time tonight into another container, how do i seperate it from the sediment without losing any wine?

Ive just recently got my merlot under way which was my very first homebrew! Now ive bought some more demijohns and im wonderin of any one has any nice tastin recipes for begginers? ( still learning the processes ) Cheers

Ive just made my first ever batch of wine tonight and ive followed instructions but i just put cold tap water in and not warm water like it said and now its not bubbling after 4 hours! Have i ruined it? Would puttin more yeast in help it? Or will warming it up activate it?

It was an accident. This one said it had timed out then just appeared

If i was to rack the wine more than once wud i need another demijohn?

What is racking and how do you do it?

It unsure on what rackin actually is? Is it just syphoning from the first bucket to the demijohn?

Ive got 100mgs of camden tabs. So sounds like i shud have everythin i need :)

Well ive orderd the kit, some yeast, nutrients and potasium sorbate so that shud be here tomorow, so no doubt il be back on askin for help with the process!!

Im just going to start with a red merlot and go from there, once i understand the process i should be ok, its just starting out thats the hard part!
