    Cream Ale Cream of Three Crops (Cream Ale)

    Just brewed up a batch yesterday. I didn't feel lik egoing to the store, so I used what I had on hand. 5 lbs Marris Otter 2 lbs quick grits 2 lbs generic minute rice 1.5 oz Cascade @60 US-05 Hope it turns out well....it's a bit over hopped, but the wort tasted yummy after the 90 min boil.
