6 lbs 2 row pale malt
2 lbs instant grits
1.5 lbs minute rice
1 oz williamette 60 min
1 OZ crystal 60 min
Only mashed about 70 minutes, about a 75 minute boil, post boil gravity was 1.050, tasted pretty good.
