    Beer Brewing Video Game

If people play Farmville i think they'll play Brewville. (Wait, that's a great name. Can I trademark that?)

    my wife is ruining me

Maybe I'm missing something, but why is it blasphemy to drink out of a bottle? I understand your hatred of Bud Light, but what's the problem with bottled beer? Don't a large number of Home Brewers use bottles? Also most craft beers come in bottles. I'm confused.

How many gallons of EdWort's Apfelwein have been made?

    20,376 + 5 = 20,381 My first batch. I can't wait to try it.

    Who is brewing right now?

Right now I'm brewing 5 gallons of Blonde Ale followed (hopefully) by 5 gallons of Summer Time Amber Ale. Also just made 5 gallons of Ed Wort's Apfelwein. I cannot wait to try it. Cheers!

    So... I'm feeling pretty clever

Now I'm second guessing myself a tiny bit about the spelling of this clone's name. I originally wanted to spell it Shop Tock to keep the letters the same as the original. Now I'm wondering if everyone will get what I was going for if I do. What do you guys think? Should I keep it like this? Or...

    So... I'm feeling pretty clever

I know it doesn't seem to be a very popular beer on this forum, but I decided to brew a Shock Top clone kit. This is my second batch. My first batch was a light Amber Ale and it is delicious. My wife even said it tastes better than Fat Tire. (One of the best compliments she could've given)...

    I have Arrived!

Congrats!! That's a cool compliment. My wife told me that my first batch of home brew (an amber ale) was better than Fat Tire. That made my day. Cheers!

SWMBO moving in and so it begins

I have to say I agree. I don't consider myself a germ freak, but keeping any food/drink equipment in the bathroom seems gross. Didn't Mythbusters prove this to be a very bad idea?

First batch is in the keg.

Thanks guys. Yeah, that stove rules! One of the burners is like on steroids so it gets to a boil pretty quick. I do have a propane burner for if I ever buy a bigger kettle and start doing full boils, but for now it does the trick. I'm pretty excited about my keg set up too. I bought a dual keg...

First batch is in the keg.

I kegged my first batch of beer earlier today. For the first one I went with a light Amber Ale extract kit. I tasted it as I was kegging and I was very impressed with how good it tasted. For my first batch I was sure I would screw it up somehow. So right now I'm brewing up batch number 2. For...
