Pie man - thanks the reason I thought to split the input was I understood that part of the equation was the temperature delta between the wort and the chiller. If I split the 50` into two 25` lengths I get more of a delta. What I failed to mention is this is a 10 gallon batch

Nice Job! Looks like you are on your way - Just FYI - I found that by putting two 2x4's on my workbench, covering them with an old towel, and laying the keg sideways between them made it much easier on my back a easier to spin the keg when I needed to. The compound to shine it was messy...

No problems for me. Your results might be different. I think the taller shelved area adds some stiffness. I have been using it for years with no real issue. The lower height might have something to do with it, too

Nice Job! I did the bedrails and broomsticks method a few years ago and have been very happy. I bolted mine versus weld to I could reconfigure when needed (only once so far).
