So my friend wants me to make him a brew for Christmas when he comes up to visit. He is sending me the ingredients for it next week. Just wanted to post it here and see what you guys think. He is a big fan of SN. This is what he wrote me.
11 lbs. - 2-Row
8 oz. - Munich
12 oz. - Crystal 60L...
Any Puddy episode. "The move" comes to mind where he steals Jerrys move and does it to Eliane. George tries to do the move on his girlfriend and fails till he writes the instuctions on his hand.
Also "thats right, I'm a facepainter".
Tapped on a Saturday, Pulled two glasses on Sunday night, Monday two friends came over and stayed till 3:00 AM, I got two more pints on Wed then nothing but air.
A MUST brew!
Just kegged this yesterday. The sample smelled and tasted awesome. 6.27% ABV. One of the lightest colors I've brewed to date. Can't wait to tap this. I have one and a half kegs before this so, I may be able to hold off drinking early for once.
Thanks, Not quite in the middle of the woods. I live by a busy Lake. The picture is deceiving. I do have a good size of land for the area though. And the bar is on a busy road one block away. Not a bar I like to go to unfortunately......or maybe it a good thing.
Not that this has anything to do with the topic but, this caught my eye. Love the names for your brews. I have friends that use that line " alcohol is the lubricant for fun". Your own recipes?
Are you asking for instance or are you really done fermenting? Because, if you just made this since post one of this thread, I doubt it is done fermenting.
Nice, this is similar to what I'm planning on doing just different heights for cooler and burners. Gotta build a little set of rolling stairs to go next to it too.
