    We ship through Fed Ex at work so I can get the "corporate" discount there... Problem is.. It's against company policy to bring alcoholic beverages on the property. I was thinking it's going to be more like 50 lbs... I told the guys that SOMEBODY may need to "rent" a CO2 tank from a welding...

    Got my Barley Crusher yesterday...

    The gap is supposed to be .039" from the factory and looked a little large, but according to my feeler gauges it's about .032". Yeah... My eyes aren't what they used to be. Should I open it up a bit? Or just run with it...

    How is all grain cheaper when...

    I pay $1.25 a Lb at my LHBS.... Free milling and since I pretty much serve myself I get 10% off as well. When I buy my 50 Lb bags of base malt I get help, but I get a bag for about $40. I mill it all up at once while I'm there. I brew pretty much every Saturday so I'm never real concerned...

    What are the beer styles that hit their 'prime' the fastest?

    I've turn Ed's Haus Ale in 10 days grain to glass. Ferment 9 days, keg 1 day then drink.
