    I have a beer kit to make an "American Light Ale", and don't see myself drinking and enjoying 5 gallons of such a generic style.     First batch worries...

    Hey everyone, my first batch has been in the secondary for 4-5 days and is no longer fermenting. Do I need to bottle it soon? I was planning on waiting another 7-9 days and was wondering if this will damage the beer in any way. Thanks for the help!
