Update:
Left it outside for several days in 85-100 degree heat and it still smells after having the lid on overnight. I tried hot, but not boiling, water. Still there. Thinking I may just return it unless anybody else has any other suggestions.
Anybody in the Dayton, Ohio area interested in going in 50/50 on a deal for 5 gal ball lock kegs? 4 recon kegs for $179. Split the cost right down the middle for 2 each? I can't justify buying 4 but I could use a couple more.
