True, I was thinking more in the lines of trying to find a better balance between the sweetness and the ABV. Having a hard time seeing any way to balance this to an acceptable level though. I used the wrong term, I meant an alpha-galactosidase enzyme, such as Beano.

It seems that my leaks are coming from the Duotight (plastic) > MFL connections (stainless). Has anyone had similar issues where they had to install a plastic flare on the stainless MFL connections? I recall seeing elsewhere that day_trippr uses EVA Barrier / Duotights.
