    Im in the same boat. Im serving my wine at my wedding in Oct. Luckily I started mine in April so it just be good by then. I stabilized friday. So far so good. I think I used 116 yeast.

    Is there anyone out there in the Tulsa area? Im getting married in Oct. I have some blackberry, strawberry, asian pear and passion fruit wines brewing right now bit wont be done ny my wedding. Looking for some that might want to trade some that are ready to drink
