I just kegged my Belgian ale and curious to know how long I should carb it for and at what psi? It's in my old fridge which keeps it at about 52.
What factors influence carb time for each beer?

I was able to procure a jockey box here locally with TWO stainless coils and taps and everything. All for only $130. Quite a steal from Craigslist if I do say so myself. Looks like a 48qt ice chest.
My question is this...
What do I need to make it go? I've got the CO2 and the corney kegs...
But i want it to revolve around a Homebrew.
Something like BrewingDesign, Homebrew Studios, Brewing Studios, Brewing Media.
I think of it as something to do with ideas brewing in your mind.
Biggest thing though is that it has to pass the GoDaddy test, i.e. I need the .com

Wow!!! What a roller coaster! This could almost be a movie! Just needs a hot chick. Anyway, I read the whole thing from cover to cover and the Tragedy is almost too much. My chest has tightened up a bit at the loss.
