I know CH can swing both ways (heyooo!), but wanted to see if anyone had any notes on lager versus ale. I want to may a SN Summerfest clone and I think this would help bridge me get as close as I could to a traditional pils style but all the while treating it like an ale.

Do many people here use them? I have used them in 2 of my last 3 batches with great success. The one thing I don't know is if it would actually affect flavor. I have heard both Irish Moss and Whirlfloc can potentially affect flavors though?
