5 gallons every 3-4 weeks. Given my current capacity it depends on how much I give away to make room which also gives me an idea of how likable a certain batch is. I have two kegs and enough bottles for two batches at the moment but working on enough bottles for another full batch.

Hook up lines to keg half full with warm water and oxiclean that was used to wash the keg hit co2 and purge. Repeat with hot water to rinse. Repeat with star san. Seems like a lot but takes about five minutes ten if interrupted by sips of homebrew.
