1.009. I just sampled the beer and it tastes amazing. Not sour at all, spicy and slightly hoppy. Hopefully it's not ruined. If it tastes as good as it does now in 3 weeks when it's carbed up, it wont last too long!

I just brewed my second batch of Graff. It tasted amazing going into the fermenter. Just 6 weeks until I get to slam one back.... Mmmmmmm! I can't wait! I used .5oz kent goldings hops this time and it seems to be a bit less bitter. We'll see come Halloween.

I believe the name came from a Steven King novel for a malted cider beverage....I think. :)

i did the California Imperial Ale last summer and it too had all Columbus hops. 1oz at 60 2 oz at 15 1oz at 5 The beer turned out to be very "hot" and I'm not sure why. I still have about 20 of them left. I've been "aging" them in my basement. The last one I had was around thanksgiving...

I watched this last night on netflix. It was a good movie. Though, like many others here I don't get the point of why Rhonda was there. She is selling a product that is obvioulsy based on a gimmick, and should not really be considered a player at all in the "Beer Wars". Obviously BMC could care...

Just had my first (actually 2) from this batch. WOW! if you haven't brewed this yet, defiantly put it into your rotation!

Finally got mine into bottles last night after 6 weeks in primary (stuck fermentation and a hectic fall schedule). It tasted great even being flat and warm. Lot of grapefruit and citrus flavors. I can't wait for this to be carbed up and chilled down. :)

seems like a good deal. Though the pot size might be limiting for some folks who want to do larger boils. Sam's Club has good prices on larger pots, if you have a sam's club card that is. :) If I had seen this three weeks ago, I would be ordering this. However, I have the SP10 from...

Yeah, that's the one I have seen there. I've never used, it, but I've looked at it... for what it's worth. ;)
