    My DIY yeast stir plate

    What are you using for an AC-DC adapter? I've seen other stir plates use a cell phone charger or generic 6V adapter with the connector cut off. It'll be interesting to see what voltage you're putting across the fan and what speeds you're getting. My current stir plate uses a Dynex AC adapter...
