Hi everyone. I got a 7gal Fermenator about a month ago and it was awesome to brew with. It comes with a "blow off" setup which is a little elbow fitting that goes in the rubber stopper for the airlock and then you connect tubing etc... I just went with the airlock since I was doing a five gal...
Quite the heated discussion in parts of this thread, not to mention quite a few off topic forays. Here's my opinion on the matter: go ahead and brew organic, at least brew a batch just to say that you have and you can decide for yourself if its what you want. Will it taste better? Probably not...
It would be nice to see some pictures of the inside to see how good the welds are. It would also be nice to know if the fittings are welded or weldless. Still, seems like a good deal since the plastic ones go for about the same price.

Yep. I've been brewing for about 4 years. Just stumbled upon HBT's forum recently and decided to check it out to see what other people are doing. I'm looking forward to using this forum as a new resource for everything brewing!!
First post here. I've been looking around the site and getting familiar with how things work and decided its time to throw a post out there for all to see. Nothing too important to share, but I wanted to say hello.
Happy New Year everyone! Make use of all that homebrew!!
