    Was the yeast and the wort close to the same temp at time of pitching? 48hrs is quite awhile, but I'd give it another 24 before setting your hair on fire. Your current temps look good. Are you in a bucket for the primary then moving to a secondary? I'm personally a fan of no bucket no...

    Hello Guillaume, Welcome to the forum. Good luck with your brew system. Oh I should mention, be careful taking the wort chiller out of the box, I have packed the diffusion stone inside the chiller box. Don't drop the stone on the floor they are fragile. HD
