The Hoppy Brewer in Gresham has been hosting a homebrew tasting the third Thursday of every month. I've been the past couple of months and it loosely feels like a club that needs just that little push in the right direction.

This is what my primary has looked like since 24 hours after pitching, which was 7 days ago. The OG was 1.060, used Wyeast 1056 and has been kept at a temp of 66-68F. I had planned on dry hopping either today or tomorrow, but it looks like I'll be waiting a little while longer!
