    Don't be scared to taste it as even if infected it won't hurt you. But ya chances are its a saccharomyces yeast infection feeding on your precious sugars converting them into alcohol :D

    Good times for sure! Next year I think I'm going to keep my GABF sampling and BrewPub visiting days separate as 13 hours of drinking is just way to much :drunk:. Was great to meet olllllo, Brewtopia and dblvsn. Love to be able to sample your brews sometime!

    Corn syrup for priming

    Corn syrup is highly refined corn sugar and is barely fermentable. I wouldn't be surprised if you have a very sweet and flat brew but I have my fingers crossed for you. I would let it sit for another month at least, maybe trying one every week. Let us know how it turns out.
