That looks pretty good. I'm thinking of giving that a try but adding a bit of flaked barley and biscuit malt for body. Did you end up brewing it?

I don't usually fill it that much so I can stick my nose in there to get a nice amount of aroma before drinking. Love that glass. I also use a Deschutes and a Trois Mousquetaires snifter when that one is dirty.
