Ok - I think I've responded to all the PM's... I prefer not to ship this, it would be extremely expensive. Local pickup is 37421. Price is firm and a solid deal I think, over 60% off retail for all things included.
Assembled (can be unassembled at pickup)

This advertisement is to sell all of this together, no parting out. The price for everything listed below is $625
What we have here is a runaway hobby. This was the first of three brewing systems I built. I'm your typical...
First real AG brew day with the cart and the rest of the equipment.
Scottanooga and I gave the Centennial Blonde Ale recipe on HBT a go!
Good times were had, homebrew was consumed, a success in my book. :)
Am I crazy? In the listing that keg doesn't seem to have much contour at the bottom at all, whereas mine it's pretty significant.
Currently in talks with the seller. Thanks for the opinions everyone. It's hard starting out and this stuff just makes it super frustrating.
Here is the original listing on Ebay. For the record this is not Ebay's fault and I'll continue to use their services.

Thank you all. I reached out to the seller yesterday through Ebay and I haven't heard anything from him yet. Worse comes to worse I'll do a claim on it.
Frustrating :(
I purchased this DIY keggle set off of ebay, the seller said the top would be cut out and holes drilled appropriately AND the weldless fittings would be shipped with the keg.
The keg was delivered with everything promised, all was great until I saw where he drilled the holes.
I...
Enjoyed this build a lot. This was my first step in transitioning to an AG setup. I'm still waiting on some burners and a HLT to come in.
Cheers! :mug:
I must have royally screwed my caribou slobber up. I'm at 2 weeks in bottle conditioning and its quite carbed but it tastes a bit papery. I'm holding my head in shame and I remember some splashing when I siphoned to the bottling bucket. I really hope oxidation hasn't ruined this whole batch...
I'd like to grab one for use as a HLT. Whats my final price if you drilled holes for a thermometer (horizontal to the valve) and holes for a sight glass?

I can ship you teh sight glass if that makes it easier.
Thanks
Yes. I didn't know how much water to steep or mash (whichever is correct). I googled the recipe and found a guide that said to steep/mash in 2 gallons of water for 30 minutes. It also called for rinsing the grains with 2 quarts of water after the steep/mash. This is what I did. I may have used...
