I have 2 cascades that will get me a pound I bet. They both are about 20' 2 Centennial are about 10' and I should get a couple ounces. 2 fuggles, one died and the other is about 6' with very few flowers. 2 Magnum are about 6' with nothing on them.
All mine seem too high. I've made a dozen batches now and every time, my FG is around 1.016. Or, is that too high???? I know it would depend on style but I have an oktoberfest that is right there, I have a bock that is the same and I have an irish red that is the same too. Everything...

Been in almost a month. I guess I'll try it and see what happens. I'll do it on the second and third one though so I know what this one comes out like without interruption.
I only have 1 chest freezer to do my brewing in. Right now I have a dunkle laggering at 34 deg but would like to start another one. Would it be bad to raise the temp up to fermenting temps (55deg) and then take it back down again?
Got a stout kit from northern brewer. What can I expect for a finish gravity? OG was 1.070 and the FG is 1.022. It was in the primary for 3 and there was no airlock activity for the last 4-5 days.
I guess maybe I've been lucky but none of mine has had any crap floating in it. A few weeks in the secondary and careful racking seems to take care of it.
