    The flavor you describe is very similar to my plight. Upon talking to my lhbs owner I believe it is my water. High in chlorophenols. It can extract extra tannins from the grains. Try using store bought water. I haven't tried it yet but I will in my next brew Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew

    How many back up kegs do you have?

    I have 3 kegs for a 2 tap. I wish I had 3 taps and 6 kegs. But I always sanitize kegs with star San and pump through the lines when I'm switching kegs. It would be quite nice to easily dispense star San when brewing though Sent from my iPhone using Home Brew
