just finished brewing a caribou slobber the directions say to ferment for two weeks the n secondary for another two weeks . So my question is do I need to secondary or can I just leave it in the primary for the four weeks then bottle thanks in advance

Have been given a slim 1/4 keg and am thinking if turning it into a mash tun have read as much as I can find here and as far as I can figure out this will hold about 18 lbs of grain? Since all I have done so far is extract do not if this right in your opinion will be enough t do most beers thanks
