    I'll see what it looks like when I get home. I think I am going to pitch the starter and if I don't see any fermentation within 24 hours I will probably pitch the Dry Yeast. Thank you all for your input

    I would like to brew an Oktoberfest, but I'm not set up for lagering. Is there an Oktoberfest Ale? Where can I find a recipe or kit? Is there is not an Oktoberfest, is there something similar that you can recommend? Thank you.
