Hi, as for the automation of your brewing process, did you see something close to your needs? Brewtroller and BCS are the easier choice, different routes concerning Arduino, Raspberry PI or other solutions are available. These are a couple of images for the Brewtroller approach, very well...

Very nice build! One little suggestion could be to rotate 90° the pump, since it should work better with the input flow downside and the output flow upper. For your leaks, I'd change the tee, buying another one - maybe another brand/model - and see if it should fix the related leak. Not so...

It should work without problems, it's just matter of sending OPEN-CLOSE signals through it.
