so, I had the pleasure of trying the beers from Volkan Brewery in Santorini. They use the citron plants leaves in all their beers, and apparently are the only brewers to do so.

Infact, I remember the malt miller do cheap large kettles. Plus they charge about a tenner to cut a hole in for a tap or an element. So I'll probably get this.
