I have a silly question. I use a fast ferment fermentator. Does anyone have issues with the brew sitting on the yeast cake for an extended period of time with one of these brew buckets?
They are labeled as 7.2 alpha acid. The original recipe​ calls for 1oz of hops at 60 min boil. Then a 5 day dry hop for the same. I may skip the dry hop or just use 1/4 oz

Hey all I grabbed german hallertau blanc instead of hallertauer hops. Is there a big difference? I am going to brew tomorrow and really don't feel like driving 30 min one way back to the HBS. If it's a big difference I will make the drive again.
