The standard 16 oz pint glass only holds 16 ozs if filled to the rim. Otherwise expect 12-14 ozs depending on size of the head.

Ordered a SS baster from Amazon. It’ll be here tomorrow.

I’m thinking about using a turkey baster to pull samples out of my fermentation buckets to take gravity readings. I figure they are food safe and as long as I sanitize it I should be good to go. Anybody use one for samples?

Wanted to give an update. I put the pectic enzymes in on Thursday and it’s starting to look clearer already. Thanks for all the help.

I just read a reply from Yooper in a different thread and she said to go ahead and mix it with warm water and add it. She said it won’t hurt anything.
