Way too much lactic acid - now what?

I recently posted a final gravity problem in Recipe/Ingredients believing it may have been something in my recipe or process that caused my problem. Here is the thread: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/showthread.php?t=555317 I checked my SG again yesterday and it is still sitting at 1.030...

    Final gravity problem?

You know, I just thought of something. My PID temp probe is in the tee fitting on top of my mash tun lid and reading my recirculating wort temp, not actually the temp in my mash tun. There is about one foot of silicon tubing from pump to tee fitting/temp probe. I wonder if my temps in mash...

Brewed up 4 gallons of Belgian Tripel/golden strong. Hit 1.082, looking at 10% abv... Hope it isn't too boozy.

    Hydrometer in fermentor

Not anymore, broken hydrometer not worth it. I suggest pulling sample to check your SG. A wise man learns from others' mistakes.

What I did for beer today

Brewing a Scottish 80 schilling right now. Apparently bees like the smell of my boiling wort. I had the lid cracked to prevent boil over and a bee flew right into my kettle. He didn't come out. He's kettle trub now.

Problems with E-stop in 20a single element build

Just to follow up - I ran a regular light switch this AM and it works as it is supposed to. The E-Stop switch is faulty, Auber told me on Friday they would replace it if needed. Thanks. Now to address my loud buzzing contactor, replacement on the way already.

Problems with E-stop in 20a single element build

I'll drop a light switch in there tomorrow morning, maybe my switch is bad?

Problems with E-stop in 20a single element build

Correct, in the open position (not depressed) I get nothing between the poles. This the the same switch depicted in the diagram, the SW6 from Auberins non-illuminated. Thanks.

Problems with E-stop in 20a single element build

I just completed my 110v 20A single element control panel following PJ's diagram shown. For some reason the E-stop switch is triggering my GFCI in both open and closed positions. The GFCI pops as soon as I plug in my panel regardless of the E-stop being open or closed. If I remove the E-stop...
