Anyone know where I can find the water profile for the City of San Jose? I found water profiles for other cites in the US, nothing close to my area.
The City Water Dept is sooooo slow to answer and dont want to pay a lab just yet. :drunk:
I just got done bottling a wheat beer using apricots (pitted) rough chopped and added to the secondary fermenter post primary complete fermentaiton.

Stop and evaluate your fittings, and bulkhead.Brewing beer is not worth you safety and we'll being. Do more research,maybe try another mash tun set up. No chemicals or sealants should be used. Brewing is not rocket science.
Been there done that. My second batch of home brew was a Sierra Nevada clone, 1 day into fermentation the bottom fractured clear off. 5 gallons on the closest floor, in my shoes. The smell was soo goos and it hurt bad to loose a whole batch.
Almost was my second and last brew. I overcame, lol!
As the description states, looking for 1, 2 or 3 ball lock kegs, regulator,faucets, co2 tank for my new keezer.
Hope someone has some nice used gear laying around or have a good local more affordable source for these items.
