Today when walking my dog I came across a out of control HUGE hops plant that has thosands of cones on it. My question is, is there a way to tell what kind of Hops it is? This plant is huge it grows up and all around a dead tree about 15 to 18 feet, grows over the top of bushes for about 30...

My LHBS wants $24 for a 5 lb exchange. I know of another place that fills for $17 but I would make that up the diffrance in gas to get there. Anyone know of a place in the NWBurbs of Chicago thats cheaper?

I did not parboil/pasteurize them. My IBUs were under 25. I used .5oz amarillo 60min, .5 saaz 20min, and .5 saaz at flame out. Thanks for the replys. Im looking forward to see how it turns out. Next time Ill stick with a recipe that others have had luck with. So the wife will have to wait a...
