    Cider RE-clouded.

I had made a few 5 gallon batches of cider. One 5 gallon, I left alone second I put in a brand new oak barrel for a month. Both were cleared very well using the clearing clay. However, the batch I put in the barrel I have just taken out and put it back in my carboy for storage until I get my...

Excellent. Excellent. This is perfect. I deeply appreciate it. So 2 barb fittings the Corny Fittings and 2 Coupler fittings. Convert my Corny Keg or My kegerator fittings?

I cannot tell which one to do. I have heard of people changing the fittings from their kegerator tower to fit corny kegs and others say they have adapted their corny kegs to have a coupler fit on it. Which one would be simpler? I don't plan on buy anymore kegs (Then again, You can never...

Mixing brews for the sake of space.

I have 2 5 gallon carboys going (Of the exact same recipe) I want to put one of them in an oak barrel, however it won't fill it all the way. Which is something I need to keep the wood soaked and keep oxygen out. Would it be a bad idea to put a slight amount of one into the other to fill...

One more question. If I were to have by concoction of choice ready. Already been in secondary for a while. But I wanted to add something. IE pasteurized juice to cider. While it goes into the barrel. Basically to fill the amount of space I have left. Would be be ok to pop a few crushed campden...

Just bought some oak barrels. Need a little info.

I've never worked with oak barrel aging before and can't really find much information about it on the web. I have bought a few for different brews I am making. Beer / Ciders/ Wines ect. Firstly, when I get my barrels, should I cure them, and keep them cured till the time I rack my brews...
