    1/4" line has ~0.7 lbs of resistance/foot so you are a bit over carbed, try force carbing a bit lower or if possible try 3/16" line.

    bottling the right way with no off flavors

    If you are using a bottling wand connected to your spigot and you fear it is causing the problem. You could always just run a small piece of tubing from the spigot and use the spigot to control the filling instead of the spring loaded bottling wand.

    How long has it been fermenting? If it has been more then 4-5 days give it a reading it won't hurt anything.

    Warmer beer has more flavor, try one that hasn't been refrigerated and let us know. Or try taking one out 10 or 15 minutes before drinking.

    Extra ingredients in rolled corn?

    I doubt Ammonium Hydroxide is the greatest ingredient to have going into your beer. Feed grade fermentables are generally used in other applications, its not like your gonna run your beer through a still to clean it up, lol.

    Manifold are really common in CO2 distribution. Don't see why that particular one would cause any problems.

    hop shortage question

    It should improve. A fire bad, bad weather conditions, and decreasing acerage, and increase demand led to the current situation. Hop acerage is up this year(won't really help for 2-3 years), weather conditions have been better, and so far no fire. Things might be a bit better this year, but...

    You are fine, don't worry. There should be enough CO2 production to stop any nasties from getting in.
