    Thanks!!! Now do have to do anything to take in to account it will be a full boil? Or do I just start with 3 gal. and top up after the boil?

    looking at my fermometer it is reading about 68 deg right now

    Took a sniff of my airlock and it seems to have a sorta banana smell :ban: Used S-04 safeale pitched at about 68 deg ferm. temp has bee in the mid 60s. I used 7.25 lbs of light lme,13 oz of crysal 55-65 and 4 oz of chocolate malt, Is this normal???????????:mug:
