Iv had some apple wine in my fermenters for about one and a half years. I was downstairs the other week and I noticed that both my airlocks are dry on 2 five gallon fermenters. Is the wine still good? I have no idea how long the airlocks have been dry.

Yeah i agree with the above post about racer 5 and SN.
Even SN torpedo has a more malt backbone.
Im woundering about my pallet too, but it seems everything I taste I love expecially* if it has the more hops.
Yeah i have not brewed since 12/12/12. And Im itching bad.
All my home brew is going to my babyshower this saturday in I hope they only drink half it.

Yup, just said to my wife last night I need to stop collecting bottles now its considered hording (300 bottles or so). Frankly I just dont like taking off labels.

My mom still uses ice in her beer on a hot summer day. She tryes all my home brews but insist tht she doesnt like dark beer.
Uh well she still trys anything I put in a glass.
On a side note this thread seems to be slowly derailing. Would hate to loosing it like "the tipping thread"

Funny I tryed this with extract and used cascade and nelson sauve in my boil got 35 IBU's and dry hopped with 1oz cascade. The beer turned out great! Nothing like the awsome 80 acre hopped wheat. Was a really good beer for my first...
