I believe m ywater comes from a lake/reservoir west of here and is single source year round. I called them a while back to ask and he confirmed that, I just don't remember which lake/reservoir it was! He did say that chlorine leves and pH levels vary through the year to combat...

Hey guys. Recently moved to a much more humid place than I previously lived in. As such my keezer developed a little more moisture than before. a little bit of mold formed on the outside of one of my kegs. I cleaned the keezer and wiped it down with bleach and put damp rid in there.

Building a new keezer and I plan on leaving it outside in a sheltered area (Colorado)
I have a 2 stage temp controller and I plan on hooking up some heat lamps on my collar inside the freezer to be the "heater"
Anything i should take into consideration?

When I used to keg and keezer before the 630 didn't exist. Is it worth the extra cost? I bought 2 regulars, and I am getting ready to set stuff up today, I'm pretty sure I can comfortably add 2 more taps to the setup. Should I go 630ss?
And what about temperature controllers for freezers nowadays?
I am gonna keep mine outside through winter so I need something that handles the lamps/warmers for when it gets cool, and for the freezer when it gets warm.
That make sense? What do we use nowadays? Rancos?
