Has anyone ever made a beer with wild turkey American honey in it? I'm thinking about using it in a bourbon ale recipe but substituting it instead of straight bourbon. Thoughts?
I have a chest freezer with the hinge inside of the freezer. see pics for better understanding. Im adding an wood extension for my taps and I can only assume that I will need to purchase different hinges....has anybody done this? If so, what worked best for you?

Pretty sure they had a frost come through and damage a lot of the hops. They have to meet brewers contracts before suppliers so they have a big shortage.
There's also 4 more opening up within the next year. Don't know the names but two of them are on kickstarter.com which will be downtown somewhere, one in Avon and another in broadripple

Tuxedo park brewers is by far the best shop around. Adam works during the week and brent and jason on the weekends. These guys are the best, not stuck up beer snobs like other shops. You show up, feed you their 4 beers on tap, and give you any advice you want. They always have customers brewing...
